Green enjoyment: The path to sustainable events
What did you deliver and how did you get there?
During my placement at Logistics Community Brabant (LCB), I worked with MOJO Concerts on a sustainability scan for events. This scan helps organisers gain insight into their CO₂ emissions and helps them become more sustainable, which contributes to national climate goals and a greener events sector.
What is the added value for the company?
The sustainability scan helps LCB get event companies and students to work together on sustainability. Students learn more about this theme, while LCB gains valuable knowledge and can share it with other companies.
What did you enjoy or value the most?
What I liked most about LCB was that I received a lot of useful information for my report through their network. I was also invited to special events, such as the PSV football club victory celebration, which was very educational and fun. Working with other placement students also made it extra enjoyable!
