Daphne ensures logistics run flawlessly as a project manager

Daphne studied Logistics Management at BUas and now works as a project manager at Radial, a company that handles storage and shipping for brands worldwide.

Her projects range from onboarding new clients (companies that want to move their storage and shipping to Radial) to process improvements and system migrations, where clients switch to new platforms. No two days are the same, and no two projects are identical.
A good example is her work for Loavies, a fashion company whose orders are picked and shipped via a robotic system. Daphne led the project team: she brought people together, gave direction to the process and made the decisions needed to achieve the desired result.
That is exactly what her role involves, and what appeals to her about it. For Daphne, logistics isn't just about planning and coordinating, but also about bringing people along, solving problems and delivering results on a European scale.
