My current position Working for a company that offers a wide range of tailor-made and integrated services covering the entire E2E supply chain. I contribute to optimising processes that have a direct and measurable impact on our clients' performance.
Company I’m working for SOLVINT Supply Management
Highlights of my working day Every day is different, ranging from strategic analysis and optimising procurement processes to collaborating with various teams within different organisations. Solving complex supply chain and procurement challenges, while contributing to improvements in efficiency and cost savings, are highlights of my workday. Since I work on projects, I gain exposure to different industries and take on diverse roles. This not only provides me with insights into diverse organisational structures but also offers the opportunity for continuous learning and engagement with various suppliers and their distinct service and product offerings.
This is what makes my work so enjoyable The challenge in the varied nature of my work is what appeals to me most. I enjoy analysing data, creating solutions, and seeing concrete results in improved processes, cost savings and process optimisation. What makes my work extra exciting is the contact with national and international suppliers and the chance to work with both large multinationals and smaller companies. It is interesting to see how they operate and to contribute strategically to improving their business operations. Furthermore, my passion lies in continuous learning and development so that, in the future, I will be able to independently manage projects. By working in a problem-solving and results-oriented manner, I support the clients in the best possible way. Collaborating with various professionals in different sectors stimulates me to continuously develop new skills.
What I see from my studies reflected in my work / Typical BUas in my work During the master’s, I developed a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain perspective, which I now apply directly to the projects I undertake. My knowledge of various supply chain strategies, key focus areas, and experience with integrated case studies are invaluable in tackling real-world challenges. The structured approach and problem-solving skills I gained at BUas are essential to my daily work and decision-making.
