Speeding up data processes at Adidas
What did you deliver and how did you get there?
During my placement at Adidas, I looked at ways to speed up and improve data processes used for processing information and creating schedules. I discovered that you can easily automate processes with a software program. So I made a first version of this new process and gave advice on how it could be further improved.
What is the added value for the company?
With this programme, Adidas can analyse data better, speed up the process by 54%, reduce errors, and get a clearer overview of the product range.
What did you enjoy or value the most?
I learned how important it is to communicate clearly and directly. This ensures that everyone is well informed and prevents misunderstandings. During our team outing we did an escape room, and our team's success shows how well working and communicating together can work!
