The programme's pillars - analysing and evaluating current situations, developing improvement plans fitting with the company’s overall supply chain strategy, and translating them into actionable steps are integral to my daily work in driving continuous improvement in our factory. Additionally, the programme has equipped me with leadership and change management skills, which are playing in successfully implementing improvements.
